Goa is one of the most popular getaway holiday destination for Indians, mostly from western India. People from popular cities such as Mumbai and Pune in Maharashtra often go to Goa for vacation. It is only about 9-10 hours drive from Pune, passing through the picturesque western ghats. 

 

These pictures taken from our maiden Goa trip in 2012 after a roommate bought a new car. This trip was the first long drive for him. While strolling, we found an old chair washed on the shore. My roommate and my brother started to pose with it.

I think, from the composure of the pictures, the quote "Be Still And Silently Watch The World Go By, And It Will" is quite apt.
