Photos From Lotha Tokhu Emong Festival Kohima Nagaland
"Tokhu Emong" is a harvest festival of the Lotha Naga Tribe of Nagaland. It is observed every year on the 7th of November.
Lothas in traditional costumes at the Tokhu Emong Venue participating in the festival programme. Every year, the Lotha's celebrate Tokhu Emong on November 7th and even in Kohima, Lothas gather on the day to celebrate and partake in traditional folk song, dance and games.

The waist cost as seen below with black and blue stripes (middle) is from Lotha Men's shawl called "Longpensü" and the ones in red and black stripes is from a Lotha Men's shawl called "Phangrup" in Lotha dialect.
Another Lotha Naga Men's shawl with blue stripes on white as seen below is called "Su Se". The name might vary in some cases.
