Native Station, Nagaland organized the 1st Kohima Downhill in 2014 during Hornbill Festival at Kisama, which was also featured on Red Bull where more than 30 participants from North-East and Maharashtra participated. Garry from Shillong and Chingkhei from Manipur won in the elite and junior category respectively.

 The winners of the first MTB Kohima Downhill Race:
Garry (white tee shirt in the middle) from Shillong and Chingkhei (blue jacket in the middle) from Manipur won in the elite and junior category respectively.
